IVR Application Design

Our trained techs can work with you over the phone or on site to develop the call flow and other interfaces necessary for your application.

How does it work?  Here's the process:

  1. We assign a project manager to your design project.
  2. The ComTek project manager comes to your site or works with you over the phone, your choice.
  3. The ComTek project manager conducts Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with your staff to flush out all of the requirements for your application.
  4. The ComTek project manager constructs a requirements definition document.  We go over this document with your team to make sure we have captured all of the system requirements.
  5. The ComTek project manager constructs a design document which details all of the call flows, vocabulary and interfaces required of the IVR application.  In this document we detail what each prompt will say and how all of the database interfaces will work (if any).
  6. The ComTek project manager works with your staff until the design document documents EXACTLY how you want the IVR application to work.
  7. We then turn the documentation over to your team for Development and Installation.  We can, of course, continue with the process by developing the application for you!
