IVR Development

Take your design and turn it into a completed application.

How does it work?  Here's the process:

  1. We start with either the design document we developed for you or one your in house staff has developed.
  2. We develop all of the CallFlow using AGE.
  3. We develop any necessary interface routines using either Visual C++ or Visual Basic (your choice).
  4. We take either the voice you record and supply for the application or send the prompts out to be professionally recorded.
  5. We test the completed call flow in house using "dummy" interface files and databases which replicate your files in house.
  6. We document the application in a "Maintenance and User's Guide".  The Guide contains all of the information you will need to take over the application maintenance and further development in house.
  7. We deliver the application, voice and documentation to you on CD.
  8. The ComTek Project Manager maintains contact with you to answer any questions you might have as you move the application into production.
  9. We can, of course, take the project to the next step and install it for you!
