IVR Installation/Test

Our trained techs can work with you over on site to install your applications (or the ones developed by ComTek) and move the application into production.

How does it work?  Here's the process:

  1. ComTek's staff takes your current documentation and application (either the one we developed for you or one you developed).
  2. We create any additional documentation to needed to bring the documentation up to our standards.
  3. We develop a Implementation and Test Plan which details the site requirements for installation and tests every branch within the system and has test cases for all of the data interfaces.
  4. We come to your site, either bringing the IVR Hardware we configured and developed for you or meeting your equipment at the site.
  5. We install all applications and hardware required.
  6. We connect the equipment both to the telephone network and to your in house computer network.
  7. We execute the test plan and correct any discovered problems in the application.
  8. We deliver the completed Installation and Test Plan to you.
  9. The ComTek project manager maintains contact with you to ensure your satisfaction.
