While AGE makes it EASY to construct an IVR Application sometimes it helps to have someone at your side who has created more applications than they can remember. That's where ComTek's Application Department comes in. Our trained techs can work with you over the phone or on site to develop the IVR which meets your unique needs.

ComTek offers:

Design

We work with you to find out what the application needs to do and document those requirements. Then we turn those requirements into a design document which lays out all of the components needed for a solution which fits the requirements.

Development

Our team takes either the Design Document we have created for you or your design documents and turn those into a completed and tested (in house) IVR application. We then turn over the AGE/RAGE application to you.

Installation/Test

Our team takes either the Application you developed or the one we created for you and install and test it on your equipment at your site.
