AGE Support Services

Bronze

Bronze support comes included with all purchases of RAGE.  Bronze support entitles the user to E-Mail support.  All Bronze support members will receive guaranteed 24 hour turnaround on E-Mail questions sent to:

Silver

In addition to the Bronze level support, Silver level members are entitled to 24x5, 9:00AM - 5:30 PM Mountain Time telephone support.  Silver support is limited to answering questions regarding the function of AGE and in configuration and installation of supported Dialogic boards.  Silver support is ONLY available to direct end users of RAGE licenses.  AGE developers and resellers need to purchase our developers support package.

Silver support costs $500 per year plus 15% of the cost of the customers ComTek equipment and licenses.

Gold

ComTek's highest level of support is our Gold package.  The Gold support includes all of the features of the Silver package plus a 24x7 24 hour support hotline.  15 minute guaranteed response time and Remote Dial up support (via PC-Anywhere).  With the Gold level of support, contact information is not limited to questions regarding AGE and Dialogic configuration.  ComTek techs stand ready to assist you with design questions, functions development questions and runtime application installation and troubleshooting assistance.  Gold support is ONLY available to direct end users of RAGE licenses.  AGE developers and resellers need to purchase our developers support package.

Gold members have the peace of mind of knowing that if their IVR equipment goes down, ComTek techs are ready to dial in and trouble shoot the system on a 24x7 basis.

When you purchase Gold support, ComTek ships you a copy of PC-Anywhere® along with your support materials.  When you receive your copy of PC-Anywhere, you call our Gold Support hotline and a tech comes on the line to assist you in installing and configuring the package and your remote support connection.

Gold support costs $2,000 per year plus 20% of the cost of the your ComTek equipment and licenses.
