The CPS-48 is ComTek’s top of the line Digital IVR. Designed for the service bureau providing access to tens of thousands of customers, the CPS-48 is a tremendously powerful for providing on line access to information. For supplying your customers’ applications from on line banking to Pay-per-view television, the CPS-48 rack mount system should be your choice.

A single CPS-48 will handle a peak volume of 1825 calls per hour of an average duration of 1 minute giving less than 1 call in a thousand a busy signal.

Text Box: The CPS-48 comes standard with attachments for two T1 or E1 connections. These may be used for either answering calls or making calls or in any combination. The architecture is DSP based and fully non-blocking. By simply adding additional cards (a field upgrade which can be done by the customer) the CPS-48 can scale up to 144 ports in a single platform. The CPS-48 is supplied rack mountable for installation in your racks or in a ComTek supplied cabinet. The CPS-48 is available in configurations supplying over 3000 ports in a 42U, 19-inch rack.
