ComTek and InterVoiceŽ announcement
ComTek becomes an authorized InterVoiceŽ application development partner
November 19, 1997 -- ComTek International Inc., and InterVoice Inc.
have reached an agreement for ComTek to provide application development services for
InterVoice Interactive Voice Response (IVR) platforms. This agreement allows
InterVoice to select ComTek as a developer of specific applications to meet customers
demands and time schedules, while enjoying the full support of InterVoice as a system
provider.
ComTek has demonstrated expertise working with the InterVoice IVR platforms in
developing complex applications to meet the requirements of customers inbound automation
needs. Utilizing the earlier InterVoice I-Forms development tool or the new
Graphical User Interface, InVision tool, ComTek can create new, or modify existing
applications to provide professional call flow and scripting . ComTek offers a full
range of services including consulting, professional voice recording, and professional
studio is available for recording custom prompts and scripts.
ComTek developed the customer application, configured and installed the NT hardware for
InterVoice's first NT based system at InterVoice's beta customer site.
