Voice
Verification and
Voice Logging Systems
ComTek’s
Voice Verification Voice Recording (VVR) System is built to provide
call-logging capacity for a large number of agents who each need a small amount
of recording time.
The VVR is ideal for applications such as:
Recording customer sales agreements in a telemarketing house,
Supervisor monitoring of random agent calls
Agent Initiated Recording
The VVR consists of four components:
The Supervisor Interface – Allows for scheduling of silent monitoring
by a supervisor of selected agents.
The API / Workstation Recording Interface – Allows the agent to start
and stop the recordings on demand from their workstation.
The API may be called from within a customer’s application, allowing
for the automatic start of recording from within the agent's call scripts.
The Playback Interface – Allows for selection of all recordings made by
the system based on your criteria. Any
workstation with a SoundBlaster compatible sound card, and network access to the
recording storage location, may serve as a Playback workstation.
Any number of Playback workstations may be configured on the system.
The Recorder – A Windows NT 4.0 server using industry standard hardware
and an optional Computer Telephony Interface (CTI) connection to the switching
platform. Both Digital and
Analog interfaces to the switch are supported.
Many switching platforms do not require a CTI Interface!
